Working in partnership with local non-profit LAND Gallery, The Penny features artwork by talented New Yorkers with developmental disabilities. The hotel is unique with a fun atmosphere.

The Penny has bikes available to borrow and the option of going to the nearby Chalk gym for a day pass rate of $20. There will be instructions and further information on the cork board in your hotel room.
We have currently reserved 30 rooms for Saturday and Sunday in our block. The block closes on July 30st, 2025. There is no reservation fee and payment will not be due until your arrival. The hotel has a liberal 24 hour cancellation policy. Checkout will be at 11am on Monday morning.
The room type reserved on the block are the queen rooms. For those of you that would like to treat yourself to a more luxurious accommodation or a room that includes a convertible bed please get in touch with Linze at the hotel and he can arrange an upgrade at a discounted rate.
